HOW IS THE DELIVERY TO THE RETAIL NETWORK:

  • On the specified date, we deliver the cargo at the address and control the signing of the accompanying documents. We will inform you if there are problems with receiving the cargo and give you time to resolve the issue. If the delivery or part of it is not accepted, we will take the goods to our terminal, contact you and clarify what to do with the cargo next
